Meehanite® metal is a family of different types of superior engineered cast irons. The key to the success of Meehanite® metals is the rigid application of the patented manufacturing process. The dense, fine grain structure of Meehanite® metal assures casting solidity and uniform physical properties regardless of mass or section, enabling engineers to design with confidence.  Using premium steel and other superior ingredients, we produce two types of Meehanite®:
